Michelle is the best agent ever!!! I moved 118 miles away from Santa Rosa, and Michelle took such great care of my house. I interviewed 3 different agents, and Michelle was the most down to earth and REAL of them all. I never felt pressured, I always felt comfortable asking dumb questions since this was my first time selling a house. And most of all, she did her homework when we first met, from research on the inventory year over year, researching the house prices on my block. She made my family and I feel important and we had her full attention, which was important to us since this is our house.
